DELIVERY

SexyBee only delivers to UK addresses.

Delivery cost:

£1.50 on purchases up to £9.99

£3.45 on purchases between £10 & £49.99

FREE DELIVERY on orders over £50

All deliveries over £10 are sent via 1st class Royal Mail Recorded delivery

Deliveries under £10 are sent via 1st class

Orders are sent in discreet packaging: the sender's details will be R. Hodge

All purchases are gift wrapped in tissue paper

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of cleared payment

We post items Monday-Friday excluding Bank Holidays

RETURNS

If you wish to return your purchase you may do so within 7 days (at your expense), in which case we will be happy to exchange it for a different style or size. If you prefer we will issue you with a full refund; please note that shipping charges are non refundable. Additional shipping charges will apply if an exchange is requested.

Returned items MUST be returned in new condition, UNWORN , undamaged and without stains, perfume or smoke. They must be in the original packaging with labels and tags attached (sealed packages must be unopened).

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged, you may return it for a FULL refund/exchange.

Due to the nature of our products we can not refund or exchange items that have been worn. Please check carefully on your sizing before purchase; if you are unsure than please do not hesitate to contact us where we will do our best to help

(This complies with the consumer protection ‘distance selling’ regulations 2000.)

When sending an item back please enclose the original invoice.

We strongly advise that when returning an item recorded delivery or proof of posting is sought.

We reserve the right not to exchange or refund if the above procedures are not adhered to.
